Chandra is passionate about helping restaurant owners achieve financial success, with a focus on payroll accounting. Before joining Arrow Bookkeeping in 2022, she built her career in public and corporate tax accounting and worked in government human resources.

Chandra began her undergraduate studies at Valdosta State University and earned her master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in 2010. A Georgia native, she resides there with her husband and son, Zion. In her free time, Chandra enjoys reading, crocheting, singing, and playing bass guitar at her local church.

Linda Cahill is dedicated to helping small businesses streamline their accounting processes. She and her team specialize in transforming financial chaos into order, handling complex tasks like payroll tax recovery, accounting system redesign, and DCAA audit support.

A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Linda is actively involved in local chambers of commerce and professional organizations. Before founding Arrow Bookkeeping in 1995, she worked as a controller and in hotel management. Linda enjoys running, baking, and watching crime dramas in her free time.

Kathleen Hayden oversees client relations, employee management, and HR at Arrow Bookkeeping, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive workplace environment.
With a 19-year tenure at Arrow Bookkeeping, Kathleen brings experience from the DC Bar Association and the HR department at Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza in Rockville, MD. She also spent 6 years as a nursery school teacher.

A Bethesda native, Kathleen holds a BS from Towson University. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and an active member of the Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

With over 22 years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit accounting, Kylicia's analytical attention to detail is one of her strongest assets. She studied accounting and business administration and is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Kylicia also serves on the board of a local private Christian school. Before her accounting career, she pursued her passion for horses, competing and teaching riding lessons.

Living in New York with her daughters, grandchildren, and three cats, Kylicia enjoys archery, treasure hunting, and beach day trips in her free time.

Before joining Arrow Bookkeeping, Jaime spent 17 years at an accounting firm, managing roles in administration, HR, and IT before transitioning to bookkeeping. In 2020, she began offering part-time bookkeeping services from home, leading her to Arrow in 2022. Jaime is committed to exceeding client expectations through meticulous bookkeeping and assisting with new software. Her expertise lies in implementing organizational systems.

Born and raised in Long Island, NY, Jaime now lives there with her husband and three sons, enjoying family time, beach trips, and cheering on her boys at their sporting events.

Kaye McCally specializes in non-profit accounting and consulting for the firm’s largest clients. She developed key systems, including the Procedures Manual, and led staff training. Kaye also served as the firm’s quality control manager for many years.

With a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Maryland, Kaye is a non-practicing CPA and an Advanced Certified ProAdvisor in QuickBooks, Enterprise Solutions, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. Outside of work, she is the treasurer of the Montgomery County Community Cat Coalition and has served on various boards and committees in her community.

Kelly Porter brings over a decade of experience in accounting and finance. She has managed finances across various industries, including manufacturing, law, and nonprofits. Passionate about math and finance, she excels in using her skills to help businesses thrive.

Kelly started her career in customer service before advancing to become a controller for a manufacturing and distribution company in Santa Barbara, California. She holds dual degrees in communications and accounting. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her foster dogs and partner.

Nicole joined Arrow Bookkeeping in 2022, bringing 15 years of administrative experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated with the highest honors and received an Award of Academic Excellence.

As executive assistant, culture coordinator, and marketing assistant, Nicole participates in client outreach and onboarding, and assists with back-end processes. Raised in Los Angeles, she still resides in California with her husband. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, listening to music, watching documentaries, and spending time with her family.

Jean-Sebastien (JS) is a senior consultant with over 10 years of experience, specializing in small business accounting. He has worked with clients in hospitality, entertainment, and professional services, streamlining accounting processes to save time and money. Passionate about helping small business owners grow, JS holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from George Washington University and stays current with the latest trends in accounting.

In his spare time, JS enjoys being outdoors and taking long walks with his dog. He also volunteers for various organizations, giving back to the community.
