In 1995, while advancing in the hospitality industry, I recognized a significant need for improved bookkeeping support among small business owners. What started as a home-based venture with a dedicated clientele became official in 1999 with the formation of Arrow Bookkeeping. Throughout the growth of Arrow, I remained focused on my original motivation: assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs in overcoming their accounting challenges.

Looking back on this journey, which started out as a part-time job, I am proud of how far we’ve come. Launching the business was no easy feat, and navigating the complexities of ownership was a new experience for me. However, the knowledge that our services played a role in the success of small businesses and entrepreneurs—people just like me—kept me motivated. Even after all this time, our passion for helping clients achieve their business dreams remains strong.
